Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy and Body Contouring

I started massage almost five years ago during the isolation period of the pandemic. A painful time for us all but also a time of reflection. I’d just graduated with a degree I no longer felt any passion for and knew I wanted to do something that had impact, importance and meaning.

From there it was a blur. I found massage, beauty and bodywork and never stopped since. Five years later I’m working in an environment where I feel valuable, I know that my work has a positive impact on others and I’ve learned so much about human function that I would never have thought of accessing without massage.

Sovereign wellness is here to help people understand themselves a bit better, we are here to offer a new pattern, a new way of function. We are here to serve our community through bodywork and encourage better relationships between mind, body and spirit.
